03 Oct Cher, Liza, Celine and Tracey Bell promote the Silver Screen Gala on Carmen TV

I’m excited to headline Silver Screen Gala- Come As They Were, a fundraising event for the Langley Care Foundation and the Langley Hospice Society on October 18th at Cascades Casino & Resort (20393 Fraser Highway). I’m honoured to raise money and awareness for both of these important Langley organizations.

Glamour-queen Carmen Ruizylaza, the star of Carmen TV on Joy TV, will be hosting. She will be a great Emcee. We filmed an episode of her show recently to promote the gala. Here’s a one-minute clip where I become Liza Minnelli, Cher, Celine Dion and Julie Andrews.

Thanks to NovaCurrent Creative Solutions I’m getting good publicity for the event. Along with Carmen’s Joy TV program, I’ll be on Shaw’s Go! Vancouver as Marilyn Monroe. I’m on page 24 of the magazine What’s on Langley and my interview with Brenda Anderson from The Langley Times will be coming out soon!

It will be an extra-fun fundraiser because guests are encouraged to dress up as screen legends. There might be 20 of us dressed as Marilyn Monroe. I hope to see Clark Gable there. Maybe Judy Garland, Elizabeth Taylor, Mae West, and Audrey Hepburn will show up.
